Nicola started life on the client side, running direct response marketing for a US company in the UK in the mid-nineties. She made the shift to the media agency side a few years later and has devised successful strategies for a multitude of direct response and digital clients since, including Vodafone, Weightwatchers, and Post Office. She has lived and worked in the UK, China and Hong Kong. She also happens to be a qualified gemologist and fluent Chinese speaker.
Martin began his career on the traditional media side of agencies, switching to digital in early 2000 after discovering Alta Vista and buying a Palm Pilot. They didn't last, but Martin has gone on to set up and run specialist teams at bluechip media agencies in digital display, search, performance and data. His previous clients include Vodafone, IBM, Intel, Cisco, Visa, Ocado.co.uk, Ford, J&J, McDonald's and Shangri-La Hotels. He's lived and worked in the UK, Europe, Australasia, China and Hong Kong, as well as working on projects in the US and SE Asia.
